* Congo Academy of Arts:
Young people aged 8 to (approximately) 13 years, can come to work in the Congo Academy for four afternoons. There are four different creative workshops covered:
Drawing
This is basically outdoors, but when it's raining there will be an alternative location. With charcoal and a large size paper you will notice quickly that drawing isn't difficult at all!
Foam Printing
A printing technique with a quick result. One of the things we strive for is a book of stamps.
Animated Film - Stop Motion Animation
With clay, dolls and much more things you can make an animation. Inside or outside.
Lithography
Another printing technique, and probably one you've never heard of. A mysterious yet beautiful way to get nice images on paper. And if you're going to print you will find out that you can print a lot more than just one!
Costs
If you join all four afternoons it will cost 60 euros. If you want to decide day per day whether or not you want to participate it will cost 17.50 euros per afternoon. Includes materials and tools.
